It does the trick.
It works. Be careful squirting it out so you don’t get it on your clothes.

Didn't Discolor My Stone So I'll Be Keeping It In My Cleaning Supplies
I ordered this to have on hand when (if) the time came. My house has a decent amount of granite countertops. Precisely what stains it will remove I can’t yet say. However, I wanted to test it before I needed it to make sure it wouldn’t make the situation worse. I’ve used cleaners before who’s idea of removing a stain was to discolor the entire stone. So I put a few drops on the cut river stone on my shower floor. It’s not stained per se but a few areas have a slight white layer of efflorescence. I do have specialized efflorescence remover, but this test was mostly to see the effect of this FILA surface cleaner on my stone. I figured if it’s going to discolor I’d rather it do it on a few stones on my shower floor where it won’t be as noticeable. So I put a few drops of FILA on some stone tiles and then lightly scrubbed in with a toothbrush. Per instructions I let it sit for 15 mintues and then came back and scrubbed a bit more, though a lot of the cleaner had already dried or evaporated. I then gave it a good rinse and dry and left it to fully dry so I could see the final results. When that time came I noticed…nothing, which I take as a good sign it doesn’t discolor. The stones looked the same as before I put the FILA on them. I rubbed my fingers on the tiles and they felt smooth and clean. The FILA did not remove the efflorescence, but I didn’t expect it to since that requires a different cleaner. The FILA cleaner comes in a small bottle with a drip spout. This makes it easy to direct onto an area without wasting it where it’s not needed. It comes out as a thicker liquid, somewhere between water and a gel, that I found easy to control. When I push out a drop it stayed in place until I spread it around. Bottomline, I can’t comment on FILA's effectiveness, but I’m confident after my test that it won’t make matters worse. So I think it’s worth a try and glad to have it should I ever need it.

IT WORKS
After 15 min I was disappointed and nervous because there were large gray spots, BUT it kept fading and voila the stains were gone! This is seriously pure magic

Those bottles was not sealed by the manufacturer, so the liquid spread all over .

Removes stains without damaging natural stone.
This product is effective and simple to use. The label warns that Sodium Hydroxide may cause skin and respiratory irritation, so I opened a window in my bathroom, switched on the fan, and wore rubber gloves. The container is a small squirt bottle with safety cap marked 100% recyclable. I squirted about a third of the bottle to cover about four square feet of marble tile at my bathroom entry where stubborn stains had resisted mopping efforts for years. (Photo 1) I rubbed the solution into the tile with a non-abrasive scrubby sponge, waited several minutes, then rubbed again until the stains faded. After rinsing the area and wiping it dry, I certainly saw a big difference. The stone's natural markings were undamaged, but the grout and surrounding stains were gone. (Photo 2)

Minimally effective at removing old stains on my terrazzo floors
I really hoped that this SR95 Stain Remover from FILA would work. I recently purchased a condo built in the mid-1950s. The previous owner had removed the ceramic tile covering the original terrazzo floors but left many stains in the terrazzo. I really didn’t want to have to remove my furniture and grind the floors down so I googled the best product to remove stains from terrazzo. FILA’s Stain Remover for Natural Stone and Porcelain popped up. I figured since it was made in Italy (which has tons of natural stone and concrete flooring) that it would be safe and effective. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. In my floor photos, the before and after pictures are nearly identical. To be fair, the solution may have reduced the discoloration by 10-20%, but not enough for me to recommend this product. Perhaps if these were new stains, it would have done the trick.

Effective Stone & Tile Stain Remover - Works Well with a Few Caveats
I picked up this FILA SR95 stain remover to tackle some stubborn coffee and wine stains on my manufactured stone sink, and overall it’s been a reliable product. It’s easy to apply right out of the bottle, and when left on the stain for the recommended time, it noticeably lifts organic marks that other cleaners couldn’t budge. The formula itself feels premium compared to basic surface cleaners; it doesn’t have strong fumes and seems safe on the finish of my sink, which I appreciate. For day‑to‑day touch‑ups or occasional deep cleaning, it gets the job done without much elbow grease. I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a couple of minor downsides: some of the very old or deeply set stains needed repeat applications to fade completely, and it’s a bit pricier than generic alternatives. Also, be careful not to splash it on fabrics, as it can bleach them if it contacts clothing during use. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want a targeted stain remover for, and don’t mind spending a little extra for performance.
