Q: Will this work with cross pens?

It should work with any converter from any fountain pen., so long as you can remove the converter fro. The pen for filling.

Q: Cab this be used to refill used disposable cartridges?

Yes. Perfect for this use. Enjoy your bottled inks in cartridge-only pens.

Q: Will this work with the converter cartridge used in Waterman Expert fountain pens?

If you remove the syringe needle, it does not work. It only works with fountain pen takes 3.4mm converter

Q: Can you store these filled? With the needle attached?

I don't think so. With no cover for the needle, the ink will dry inside it. Depending on the type of ink used this will result in a clogged needle (dye based ink) or a blocked needle (india type inks). For easy filling and less ink waste, I store my ink in a syringe with a tight fitting cover/cap. I eject any air inside the syringe before I cap it off. Works great for me.
