I bought this a year ago and had good success with it. A year later, using it again for Thanksgiving, I have neglected the hell out of it over the last year by leaving it outside. I have to say I’m incredibly impressed! With just a little elbow grease, I was able to remove some surface rust from the handle and a little outside. Everything else is pristine and was very easy to clean and sterilize with some TLC. This thing will last forever.

Excellent quality pot, as expected. I would recommend this stainless steel pot to anyone. Just be aware, this pot is very large; I.e., large enough for a low-country boil, shrimp boil or crab boil for 25-30 people.

So, I have a really big family and we love our seafood! I was looking for the perfect pot for lobsters and crabs. I was talking to someone at the market, and they actually told me all about this, so I said let me give it a try. I was so pleased. It came packaged up nicely and it's unbelievably sturdy and strong. The handles on both the pot and strainer are perfectly sized for a good grip, which is important cause it's obviously going to be extremely heavy. I washed it after each use with a mild soap and it still looks brand new. I use it for soups also I make Spanish soups that I like to freeze up for my family so this is a great way to make a really good amount for a while. I definitely recommend this!

Excellent pot for my application for my brew system. Added a weldless port on the lower side and hole for a sparge sprayer in the top. Made a removable insulation jacket to maintain heat. This makes an excellent Mash Tun. I also love the fact that this pot can double as a “brew in a bag” pot when I brew at brew outings, just slip the insulation jacket off and its ready for the burner.

FYI... this does not really fit well on the stove especially if you have a low hood.. so I used it on an external burner. This bad boy held 10 pounds of crab plus the remainder of the boil. There were 6 pounds of sausage, 4 pounds of potatoes, corn on the cob, and egg... it held it all! I highly recommended! Very durable and easy to clean. (Outside, because again, it will likely not fit in your sink)

I purchased this pot for a seafood boil and to blanch corn and other vegetables before storing. It’s bigger than anticipated and quite heavy when half full of water. Although it seems well made, the bottom of the strainer pot has a flex to it. I’ve only used it once. Time will tell if it holds up.

This is a monster size pot. Great for when we do shrimp boil

Quality materials. Good design on steamer basket and lid. Worked as expected. Easy to clean. Perfect for a medium to large seafood/clam boil. Held 10 lobsters without being overcrowded.
