I started a little YouTube channel painting models and miniature and purchased this webcam as an upgrade to the Logitech Brio and WOW!! In my search for an upgrade to the brio I've tried about 5 top webcams + a 4k video camera and the £680 Sony Zv1 vlog camera and they were all crap compared the this webcam.. I'm painting highly detailed model's so it's important to have a shap picture and a good quality zoom that will not degrade the video quality and this camera is just fantastic, I can set it up then zoom in and pan or tilt the image with ease via the remote control! You can even set up the zoom, tilt and pan then save as a profile and depending on the size of the model I'm painting or if I just want to soon in I can just press 1 or 3 on the remote control and it zooms and pans automatically it's just fantastic.. The picture quality is the best I've found on a webcam even at 1080p it absolutely smashes the computation, the only camera that had a better picture was the Sony Zv1 but it doesn't have the fancy features it can't charge while working and it can only record for about 45min to an hour before it auto shuts-off (overheat protection) + battery only last about 1h, in webcam mode it has no functions no zoom and the video is 520p!! I've been playing around with this for the last few days and I can honestly say I'm really really happy with it, I like not having to transfer files from SD cards and because it zooms and pans so beautifully with no loss of quality it saves a lot time in editing as I can just use the remote to quickly zoom in/zoom out as I'm working.. Anyone looking to start a YouTube channel or just looking for a high quality webcam I definitely recommend this one, I really have tried just about all the top one's and you not find better and it's not far of Sony Zv1 quality!!! Ps it uses a lot of power I had it plugged into a powerd 3.0 hub with my microphone and my audio quality dropped, there was a noise in background so I plugged the mic into a another usb hub and I was back in business!! Monster webcam hahaha

Pretty good quality webcam, had all the basic necessities like changing FOV, colour and all that stuff and the quality look very good.

UPDATE: Allen from customer support reached out to me, as there was some glitch in Amazon messaging system and they never received my message asking for help. They were kind enough to send me a new camera. Since my low rating purely reflected the customer support and not the product, I am glad that their customer support is also top-notch. I have kept my original review below so you know how satisfied I was with the webcam. _________________________________________________________________ Used this for about 3 months, and loved it, got quite a few compliments on the video calls about the crisp quality. Mic also works great, no complaints from other side on voice quality. Then it started to cut off randomly, and won't turn on unless you unplug and plug it back. Very irritating during the calls. Since I liked the camera, I emailed the manufacturer via their website as well as Amazon, asking them to provide some troubleshooting. No response End up contacting Amazon customer support and they returned it for a refund. Such a shame a great camera is tuned by bad customer support. By the way, you don't get a small remote as shown in the photo. You will get one big ugly remote.

I didn't really care about my laptop's built-in camera quiality because I rarely used it. However, everything changes in lockdown 2021. My girls school have Zoom class meeting once a week. Though I can use my phone, I feel using a laptop is more comfortable and easier for them to see everyone in one screen. This is when I realize my laptop built-in camera quality is far from ideal. Initially, I was looking at other big brands like W**dows or L***tech, then I came across Nexigo, which has good reviews and with a reasonable price. I am very satisified with my purchase. As you can see the pictures of the quality difference. I've used it on a messenger meeting as well, works perfectly. You can see in the pictures the huge difference between two cameras. No installation required. Just plug in and use. I do need to go on my setting to switch to the new camera otherwise my laptop would contiue using the built-in (default) one. The only thing is, while testing the camera with my husband, he says the sound seems very sharp so I don't use the webcam's built-in microphone, I use my laptop's microphone instead.

The camera mic is quite poor, unfortunately. However, the image quality is still decent enough for video calls on Zoom or Teams. When using it outdoors, especially under direct sunlight, the picture tends to look washed out or overly bright. Overall, it works fine for casual use but not for professional recording. Hard to believe it has been two years already since I bought it as a fairly used one. It has held up quite well despite that.

This has been my favorite studio purchase by far. The video quality is surprisingly good for the price, and if I remember correctly it was about $100 cheaper than comparable Logitech webcams. The resolution looks amazing for what you pay, and it has been more than enough for my recording and studio setup. I personally don’t use the built-in microphone since I run a standalone mic, so I can’t really judge the audio quality, but for video performance alone this camera is an excellent value. If you’re looking for a high-quality webcam without paying premium brand pricing, this one is hard to beat.

This webcam was so easy to install - plug-and-play. Up and running in minutes. So happy to eliminate the manual sliding or tilting of the camera on my monitor. Position it once and use the electric zoom, pan and tilt to center the image. I found there were more picture adjustment features than I will ever use. Easy adjustment for exposure, color, brightness, contrast, etc. I found the camera colors to be very realistic. I appreciate the 3 preset camera settings - I can store my best settings for close-ups, bright or low lighting. I ran into one problem as I was trying out the camera. I used email to contact customer support. A rapid reply sorted out my problem.

This webcam is affordable and absolute quality. I use for Zoom, Skype, Teams etc in working from home. It provides a fantastic picture and sound quality to do so. The company also provide at no cost an extended warranty AND free software for if you wish to adjust any camera settings. That set the camera plugged in and set up no problems and the default settings were perfect. They also have a great website and unlike Logitech they actually seek to please and want to hear from you and ensure you have all the assistance you need to derive the full benefit of the product. I am now throwing out my Logi C920 & C922, neither of which ever worked for me and encourage anyone to use NexiGo as everything from start to finish was provided and they truly appear to want your business and ensure you have a great experience.
