Works well and tastes good

I bought this cause the Benefiber Fut one I had was recalled. But this one is really good too and does its job. It’s clear, has no smell and has no taste. It’s not gritty like some. Benefiber has always been one of my favorites though cause you don’t get those annoying cramps or bloating. I really do feel better after using this. You can put it anything you want. Even your oatmeal lol

Started GLP-1 and this has helped me relieve my constipation after a few hours. You must drink a lot of water and move around. Also drink warm water too! Also taste like nothing and dissolves great.
