It takes me at least a couple weeks to actually feel the difference one brand of vitamin makes compared to a previous brand. Great product. I've used it for over a year now. I would rate this five stars except for the fact it took nearly two weeks (13 days to be exact) to receive product from this seller. Not sure why it took so long.
