This is a legit brand that is sold in local health food stores in SC. I wish they offered smaller bottles as these last me years. I just received them and already skipped the sweet salted Carmel in my coffee this morning after taking 2 a day for 3 days. These supplements turn sugar cravings off like magic. I will eat sweets during holidays but sugar is so addictive, I start craving it every day. I was out of my last bottle so had to order more after my birthday sugar splurge of ice cream, candy, and really started the sweets at Christmas. I'm 65 and 5' tall weighed 101-105 lbs. my whole life with this trick. A wonderful nutritionist taught me about it years ago. This is the only brand I buy. There are cheaper but this arrives sealed well and always works. I absolutely love it. I also like that it's not a caplet. You can look at cake, rub this tablet on you tongue and forget wanting it!
