Easy to use, clean floors after!
The short story is it is easy to use and works so well! I would purchase it again without a thought if i needed. Floors look amazing! The long story... I was hesitant to buy this but I really needed to get something. We have a 60 pound lab mix and just got an Irish Setter puppy. Both love going inside and outside all day. Vacuuming our house and using a hand push Bona just became impractical. (Tile downstairs and LVP upstairs, no carpet other than rugs.) I had been willing to pay the almost $1000 price tag on the Dyson Submarine, but the reviews and videos just didn't make me a believer. (We currently have a cord and cordless Dyson so we are already brand supporters). I found that this item and the product description made sense as well as the video and reviews. The packaging was over engineered, no chance the items inside could be damaged unless run over by a bus. Assembly was very easy, it was pretty much already fully put together. I can't say anything about the cleaning samples they sent, I have just been using water or water with a small touch of vinegar, but there were 3 that came with it. But my floors!!! Wow!!! I wet the mop heads before use with water and when I turn this on it simply glides over the tile floors. The amount of fluid you squirt while cleaning will lengthen drying time but my tile dries in about 2-10 minutes. The LVP I am more judicious with the spray so it dries faster, more like 1-2 minutes. The dogs walk around on the floors before the water dries but I never see prints when dry (tile and LVP are a faux wood plank, walnut color.) The mop heads are white when you get them but they certainly won't stay that color. The first use amazed me in how much dirt and dust we had... like ewe^10. After one use and a wash in the washer they were a light gray. After using them weekly for about three months they have settled into a nice medium gray tone after going through the washer. It amazes me how dirty these two dogs and two people can be! But my floors look and feel amazing. I do vacuum the floors first, then use the Bissel. For my downstairs (1000 square feet) I am done in about 30-45 minutes. Upstairs there are more items to move around as well as closets and bathrooms to go in and out of. I would say upstairs (1000 square feet) is more like 45 - 60 minutes. Again, those times include vacuum and mop use as well as dry time.) It comes with two or three sets of mop heads I think, but I bought extra so that I could trade them out as they got dirty and get a couple with more umph at scrubbing if needed. (Have not needed the scrubbers yet.) I use 2-3 sets downstairs since that is higher traffic and can usually get away with just one, sometimes 2, upstairs. They are velcro and I haven't had any issues with them coming off during use so far. The soft side of the velcro is on the mop head so they don't snag on things in the washer. I am 💯 in love with this product. I won't say I look forward to cleaning, but I do love how clean the floors feel to walk on after I am done. My husband is a super fan of the product as well!!! My dogs, the jury is still out with them. Added benefit - our puppy was smart and potty trained pretty easily. But there were accidents for the first few months. We got this item when she was about 2 1/2 months old, but the main room we kept her in had a little urine smell to it. After using this product for a couple weeks the smell was gone completely.

Toss your mops and let this little, lightweight machine do the scrubbing!
I love this machine. We have sealed wood and limestone floors and they’ve never looked cleaner. We’ve lived in this home for 25 years and until seeing this machine on a list of products recommended by a reviewer we came across on Instagram, we never thought of cleaning our floors any other way than with a microfiber mop and spray bottle of cleanser. But the Amazon reviews of this device were enthusiastic, its price was so modest, and returning Amazon purchases is so easy that I decided to give it a try. We are very grateful that I did. The machine is quiet, light, and very easy to maneuver. The pads are easy to install and remove, and it’s great that for that price you get 2 sets of regular pads and 1 set of heavy duty pads. The sample cleaners are concentrated and lasted longer than I had imagined given their size, did an excellent job, and left no residue. The bottle which holds the cleanser on the machine is easy to remove and has lines showing you how much cleanser and water to use for both small jobs and large ones. The bottom line is that there is no way that we would be willing to expend the energy required to push a mop head back and forth over a section of floor as many times as this little machine does so quickly and easily with its simple spinning motion. And that’s why our floors now look so remarkably good!

Great mop, makes cleaning a breeze
This mop is great! Has a long cord and it makes cleaning effortless. It came with extra pads that are washable. I have dogs so I really like the sanitizing formula that came with it! And it cleans my hard floors very well

Used units are being sold as new, use caution
This is the third time I've gotten a Bissell product from Amazon that was used and cleaned up and refurbished before being resold. Very frustrating! I'd almost guess Bissell does this themselves because it looks professionally repackaged and cleaned. Luckily there isn't much to the Spin Wave that can go wrong, so please observe the following before you use it: 1. Fill the tank with water and spray it out a few times to flush out whatever was leftover inside the pipe leading from the tank to the mop part. As expected when I plugged mine in there was already liquid from the previous user, even though the tank itself was dry. 2. Clean out the tank. Mine looked OK but had a lot of hard water stains from the previous user, so I scrubbed it out with a bottle cleaner and hot soap and water just to be careful. There was some weird white residue on the tank filter I couldn't remove but it seems harmless. 3. Wash the mop pads before you use them and inspect them. Again, mine looked clean but since it was a used unit being resold as new I didn't want to take any chances. Mine came with two installed and four additional ones which was quite nice. All that aside, it works well. It will not do a deep cleaning of your tile floor but it will do a good job scrubbing and disinfecting without you having to be on your hands and knees doing the same work. I don't know how well it is for big messes but it did a fine job with my floor and I'm pleased. It's a a real time saver. Because of the circular motion of the pads if something hard or abrasive gets stuck in the pad it will drag that along your floor repeatedly, potentially causing damage. So you need to do vacuum everything quite well first, and if you think anything is wrong while using the mop, turn it off and inspect the pads for anything sharp. That's really the only catch, other than that it's super easy to use. Note that the unit comes with two "Wood floor" trial sized bottles of cleaner so you may need to order a full size bottle of whatever you need in addition to the Spin Wave. Overall it's a great unit but I guess I have to warn that with any Bissell product, really check it and clean it first in case it was used. I wish Bissell products that are sold as new were actually new but there's a pretty clear pattern here.

Great tool
I use this almost daily. I love how clean my floors are after using this. The fill tank is easy to change, I purchased extra pads as I have a large area to clean and the pads get dirty. The cord is long enough to cover a large area but not too long that the cord becomes cumbersome. Pads are reusable and I just through them in the washer and dryer after use. Takes care of dirty jobs like spilled juice as well as just cleaning the dust by the floorboards.

Great on hardwood floors.
Love this machine. I own about 6 floor cleaners. Mostly Bissell and Shark. With a large dog and little granddaughters this is a great addition to my cleaning routine. With babies on the floor playing I love that I can see the dirt it removes. Pads are soft and non damaging thus far. Works great on my new hardwood floors. I don’t use it on the floors to often as I’m not sure of long term use on the finish. Great for a once every two week deep clean between regular mopping. Leaves no residue. Floors look great. Light weight. Easy to manage. I wish it came with two solution dispensers so I could easily switch from hardwood to stone. Other than that it’s a 5 star.

Miracle product!
Wish I could give this more stars!!! Absolutely amazing! We got a little crawler in our house so we need EXTRA clean floors. Our kitchen floors are stubborn and even after bringing in cleaners, our tiles still trapped dirt. This product is a miracle worker. Easy to use, not too heavy and even the solution provided that’s provided great! I don’t wash the pads in the machine but they’re super easy to clean in the sink with a little detergent. So happy with this product. Here’s a before and after of our tiles… we didn’t even know that was the original color when we bought the house. YIKES!

WOW!!! Just WOW!!
I ordered the Bissell SpinWave specifically to tackle the filthiest kitchen floor I have ever seen (and that includes watching many episodes of "Hoarders"!) This floor was so bad, I was afraid I'd have to spend hours on my hands and knees, something I just really can't do anymore. So I figured I'd give this a shot. I remember my mother having a floor polisher that used this design back in the 1960s. And I know commercial cleaners also use rotating pads. So I figured I'd give this a shot. And it blew me away! Just the first pass with the scrubber pads took off SO MUCH of the grime and grease and whatever else was there! I ordered more pads, but they shipped separately and won't arrive for a few more days so I can't finish until then. I wish I could order JUST scrubbing pads instead of scrubbers and polishers combined, but it is what it is. Hopefully, once I get this floor under control, the light duty pads will be enough for maintenance, since I'll have a ton of those. The unit was insanely easy to set up and use. It's a wee bit heavy for me to carry, but not so bad that I can't handle it. Once it's operating, it's really, really easy to control and it does all the movement for you. You literally just have to steer it.
