Love it
So easy to use and great size. The quality is amazing too. No sign of any wear and tear after lots of use too. Great value for money and easy to use. You can rest it on the floor or hang in your exercise area.

Excellent poster, easy to follow!
I purchased this poster as a guide for exercise at home. The quality is firm, easy to follow and can be positioned in horizontal or landscape view. It is not overly large. Suitable for getting motivated/started with exercise at home. I’d recommend if you require a starting point!
