SAVES TIME AND MONEY IN THE KITCHEN
I purchased the PowerXL Grill Air Fryer Combo 6 QT 12-in-1 Indoor Grill, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker, Roast, Bake, 15 other cooking abilities from Amazon at a fraction of the cost of Walmart's price which was $154.97 . I have used this to "grill" some of the best steaks and chicken breast that I thought possible. The amount of time I save having to get the grill going outside, well you know what I'm talking about. I have found that I use my Power XL Grill & Combo instead of using my oven and clean up is so quick and easy. I only wish they made a bigger one than what I have now. You have several ways to use this cooker. I've baked biscuits, cookies, cornbread, as well as steamed vegetables, cooked rice in my PowerXL Cooker. Its so simple, just decide if your going to grill or bake , then set the time and temperature and your done until the timer goes off. I will set the timer at the "half way" point , when timer goes off I turn my steaks, chicken breast or fish and then restart the timer for the remaining time. The only problem I have had is that I cooked some chicken breast( in grill mode) without spraying the "grill" insert with a Olive Oil spray and the chicken did stick to the grill area (as seen in the picture above) and I haven't been able to remove the "light" colored area's that were basically "cooked-on" the grill surface, but I spray olive oil on the grill to keep from having food sticking to surface. I give the Power XL Grill / Combo a 10 out of 10 as far as cooking goes and a 8 out of 10 as far as clean up, just because the grill had food stick to it. SO IF YOUR GOING TO GRILL, ALWAYS SPRAY THE GRILL SURFACE BEFORE PLACING FOOD ON GRILL.HAPPY COOKING- Joe , Vidor Tx.

Better than a boring Air Fryer
After purchasing an Air Fryer and did not like it I decided to give the Power XL a try being it said it bakes , steam, slow cook roast etc with the luxury of an air fry option , I purchased one and so far I am in love with it. I am trying to eat healthier and think this will help along the way . As pictured I steamed my vegetables in it and loved how they came out , also sautéed my scallops to perfection. Looking for longevity with my purchase as I cleared a lot off my counter because this took the place of many of the others that were taking up space .Please be sure to use plastic or wooden utensils ONLY as to not scratch the surface.1) Wash and dry the pot and grill IMMEDIATELY after use and before storing.2) The lid can be stored upside down on the pot then close the lid.3) I clean my glass lid with a butter knife and a napkin if particles get stuck in between.4) Always wipe down the top where the fan is with a damp cloth as to not transfer food smells.5) when storing the grill inside , place a towel or paper towel between the pot and grill as to not scratch the surface. If you need help cooking in the Power XL I found a YouTuber that shows you how to cook a lot of things and even take suggestions. Look up Mr. Belle’s Kitchen on YouTube and check him out . He answers all questions you may have .Hope you enjoy your Power XL because I sure am.3/26/22Found out I can use aluminum foil in the bottom of my Power XL and boy does it help with clean up .Update 9/7/2023My power XL is still going strong ….below I will show you the pictures of the inside of my pot still intact. No scratches. I make sure to use liners or aluminum foil on the inside when cooking. The only time that I don’t use a liner or aluminum foil is when I’m Making my wings .For some reason , even though I sprayed the aluminum foil the wings stuck to the aluminum, for this reason , I love how they turn out in the pot.My family uses the power XL every day , the kids like to heat up their stuff in the power XL as opposed to the microwave Because it comes out crunchy instead of soggy. I am in love love love with my power XL.9/12/2023Power XL still going strong . Some people complain about the inside pot rusting . I clean mines after every use and as you can see no nicks and scratches.

Wonderful idea, but unreliable and no returns or real support. WARNING.
I was so excited to get this. I have another older PowerXL air fryer and it's fantastic. I liked the idea of this one since it can be an air fryer, grill, rice cooker, and more. I also like the way you can detach and store the air fryer lid portion when only using the glass lid for things like cooking rice or slow-roasting stew.I've owned it just over 3 months and just 7 days ago started air-frying again. It worked for about 5 minutes and then nothing - no heat or fan in the lid would work. It's just completely dead. I tried re-seating the lid, tried unplugging and plugging back into the wall, and nothing works. So I come here to Amazon and find I cannot just ask for a return - I have to email or call some other company.Okay so I emailed and explained the issue. I got an auto reply saying someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Nobody got back to me so I called the 800 support number. I was told that for non sales support (for product problems) I have only the option of emailing and that someone will get back to me.Nobody has gotten back to me.So a warning - only buy this product from a vendor who may charge you $10 more but at least will allow you to return the product if it fails.I was really enjoying using this, only used it 5 times in the 3 months I've owned it (1xrice, 2x pot roast, 2x air fry) and super disappointed it has stopped any oven/air fry /lid functions. And even more disappointed I can't just return or get through to someone to have them send me a replacement part or something.UPDATE: The lid (top part) has been replaced. It's working again. I'm an electrical engineer, so once the replacement arrived I did my own root-cause failure analysis on the dead lid. The lid contains a heating element, a fan motor and a thermal fuse. The fan motor is attached to the main fan for the fryer basket, but inside the lid it has another smaller set of fan blades that draw cooling air in through the top of the lid, past the motor and out the side vents. In the dead one, the fan motor was open-circuit - that means the motor died. The fan stops blowing, and the whole metal mounting plate overheats quickly and blows the thermal fuse to prevent house fires. So, at least it fails safely. The internal fan motor is made by Foshan Longbao Motor Electrical Appliance Co. Ltd. in China, model LB-6116. It is obviously marginal at best with regards to it's current and thermal ratings for this application.
