Initially loved the look of this carousel but as you can see from the video, it jams and locks up as it's going around and makes a clicking noise when stuck. I can't find how to contact the seller to get a replacement under it's warranty as we are now out of the standard return period.

Arrived and looked nothing like the one shown on the website. It was cheap and tacky looking as it was the most awful colour Barbie pink - not the pastel pink shown. Bought for my granddaughter who wanted to watch it go round and I noticed it didnt wind up or play for very long at all and then the colours all started to stay the same colour rather than change colour gradually as they had done when we first had it. It was returned. Very, very expensive for the quality you get in return.

Very nice and was a great gift to mark a very special birthday for someone who loves carousels
