Pleasantly surprising for wholewheat / integrale pasta
My chap loves his pasta, but got a health scare, so I switched to Garafalo's wholewheat range. There has been hardly a glimmer of dissatisfaction - he likes it just as well. I remembered brown pasta as being like soggy cardboard, but this is just great. It has that same pleasing/comforting texture, and it tastes just fine - in that it doesn't have a hugely different flavour to white. I'm happy with the value for money, simply because on Amazon you can get a good range of shapes. It is a little pricier, but even our best supermarket doesn't give me such choice.

Great pasta!
Ordered these are very difficult to find wholewheat pasta in shapes other than fusilli and penne. Organic, tasty, holds shape well, highly recommended.
