This product is used daily day and night . I use it when I prepare to go workout or do my daily duties around the house under my waist trainer and after I take my bath at night so it can work while I sleep. It’s a great product to have .

I loveeee this product. Many people in the reviews said it’s too dry and hard to rub on but that’s never been a problem for me. It glides right on with ease. When I put it on I can feel it working, my stomach gets hotter and then I put on a waist trainer on top. When I take it off I am dripping with sweat. This thing works, would buy again!

This was a waste of money and despite the reviews, I still proceeded to purchase this product because I had high hopes that it just might work. I slid this on my stomach area and wrapped it up with a workout wrap. I did not sweat with the product on nor did I feel a difference with having it on. I did not experience a tingling sensation or cool sensation as most people who reviewed the product. There was no smell or stickiness with the product either. Overall it just did not work and I decided to return the item.
