This tea is amazing! It taste great. I drank this in my third trimester and post partum and saw benefits in both when it came to how I felt and slept. It even helped a TON with post uterine cramping during post partum!

I started drinking this Mother’s Milk tea to help support my milk supply, and it has worked really well for me. The flavor is smooth and not too strong, and I appreciate that it’s made with organic ingredients. I usually drink a cup before bed, and it actually helps me relax and sleep better too. I noticed an improvement in my supply after just a couple of days, so the effectiveness is definitely there. The tea quality is great, and the strength is just right—not overpowering. If you’re looking for a natural way to support lactation, this tea is a great option.

I find just one of these tea bags super effective in increasing my milk supply. It tastes pretty neutral. I tend to pair it with one of my fruity flavored tea bags in a big yeti. Great product. I will buy again!

Such a fan of this tea! I really have never been a tea person and don’t really like the taste outside of sweetened ice tea. I used this leading up to my labor which I feel was helpful since I progressed well however my biggest up would be to continue drinking it postpartum for at least 2 weeks. I did and my uterus shrunk so quickly!! I was blown away at how fast I was able to get back to pre pregnancy weight and like to credit it to the tea. It has a cozy taste. I would have usually only one cup a day.

I love the price of this tea but compared to others I’ve tried it has a weird aftertaste. It may just be the batch I got but otherwise no other complaints

Has helped me during postpartum more than pills or anything

Tastes earthy and herbally. I typically brew two bags at a time and I genuinely like the flavor. I drink it alone and I also mix it with body armor for extra hydration. I will say I did think it helped my supply in addition to coconut water and body armor, I would mix all three and drink it throughout the day.

My period has always been irregular and I’ve even gone to my OBGYN for medication to regulate but nothing ever helped. A friend recommended me this tea and at first I was a little skeptical about it since nothing ever helped me but after taking this for a week or so I got my period! You do have to be VERY consistent with drinking this if you want to see results. The taste & aroma are great! And the strength of the tea will definitely help you :)

Leí que se recomendaba para embarazo, algo que decía que ablandaba los músculos para el momento del parto así que lo tome desde segundo trimestre, nunca sentí efectos secundarios ni nada, muy bueno siento que me relajaba los nervios también, el sabor es muy herbal rico, tomaba un día si un día no, hasta el día el nacimiento y efectivamente fue parto natural y todo salió bien! Se sugiere preguntar a su médico o partera si desea consumirlo.

This tea definitely worked for me. After 1 cup my milk supply had built up. The taste is definitely something you have to get used to but with honey it tastes lovely. You also have to leave it brewing for 15mins which leaves it cold of you don't cover it up. Pricey tea for qu bags and i have read you can buy cheaper but with amazon prime I got it same day delivery so didnt really bother me. Would recommend to any bf mum that is worried about her milk supply being low!
