This is a sublingual vitamin B12 pill. What’s great about it is you just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It has a pleasant enough taste. It came in a little childproof container. It is a very reasonably priced vitamin. I have no idea if this is responsible for better sleep or health. I’m in fairly good health anyway. But as a vegetarian I’m told this is a must vitamin.
