At first, I was quite disappointed. Planted all the seeds, none came up for weeks, so decided to forget about it and cut my losses. Then, after 3 weeks, I woke to hundreds of sprouts pushing their way up through the soil!

When we grow it’s not basil. Sprouted but only about 1/2” and died soon after.

It's real Holy Basil. I sowed directly in the garden in Spring. Germinate quickly. Holy Basil doesn't look like sweet Basil it looks rougher almost like weed but it taste way better than sweet Basil and it smells so good. The Bees and the Butterfly loved it too!

I tried to grow holy basil outside in the garden for years with no luck. I live in the desert. These plants are native to India. So, I understand why. However, this year I put the seeds in the aerogarden thinking maybe the hydroponic environment would suit them. I'm glad I did. Pretty much every seed germinated and they are still growing like crazy. The picture I posted is one holy basil plant I have downstairs but I have 4 more upstairs. I prune them several times a week to make tea. The tea smells and tastes exactly like the holy basil tea I used to spend quite a bit of money on and have recently been having a hard time getting. It grows back really fast. So, I always have a supply of fresh holy basil for tea without having to go out and search or spend any money. I still have a ton of seeds left in the packet too. So, this purchase has more than paid for itself already.

Taste good, value for money

It just plain doesn’t work at all. Bad deal.

The germination rate was high and they grew very well. I am very happy with the purchase.

We got only around 15 seeds. The Product description mentions 50 seeds. Waiting for it to sprout.
