The Seller stepped up and made an acceptable agreement to the original problem.
**Update: We are satisfied with the conclusion to our problem; and thank the Sellers for their assistance. Arrived on time, but our guys didn't get a chance to install it until now. (2 days past return date - of course). Leaks immediately after install. I don't want to return it, I would like to receive the parts to repair this brand new ($369.00) currently useless eye wash station. We obviously tried all the normal fixes (also suggested by the seller) before we wrote our review.
