For a family that has bad acid reflux this was a life saver! It tasted delicious and didn’t give us any problems afterward. I will say it’s pricy and we probably won’t be buying it again for that reason but it was nice to try it out. Ingredients seem healthy so I definitely recommend if you’re will to spend the $
