Iv had a 3year ceramic coating applied to my car. Can i use this product on top of the ceramic coat thanks and dose this really make it easier to dry

Your ceramic coating should already be providing some kind of water repellency. But this product is perfectly fine to use on any coatings as a kind of sacrificial layer.
