Works good for me. I feel pressure in my ears and my ears are dry and flaky. This is very satisfactory to remove that pressurized ear feeling.

Used the product for helping with dry ear since I wear hearing aids which tends to cause constant itching. The product helps but use a small amount otherwise the filters in my hearing aid gets clogged.

Calms and soothes itching ears. My hearing aids irritate the ear canals and this solution calms the irritation with no adverse results. Be aware, the pump action administers a great deal of solution in one pump. I half-pump solution on a Q-tip and rub around in ear canal. This eliminates hearing aids from clogging.

This has been an extremely helpful product for keeping my little guy's ear free of wax. We've had to get his ears cleaned out by the ENT on a regular basis until I started using this product (I started it day 1 after his cleaning, so he started out with clean ears). So far, his ears have remained completely free of wax using it once per day. I think we may be done with ear cleanings now, which is amazing!
