WOW. This is the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. These utensils (fork, knife, spoon, chopsticks) have carried me through four years of college. I have used them regularly to avoid using single-use plastic ware. I have brought them camping. I have given them to friends in need. The pouch they come in is handy and compact (with a carabiner to attach it to any loop). One time our city experienced three days of non-stop down pouring rain. I had accidentally (unknowingly) dropped the pouch on the ground next to my car the day the rain started. When I went to go run errands on the third day of rainfall, the pouch was sitting there on the ground unmoved and untouched. It was this day that I realized that bamboo ware is a heaven-sent miracle to us mere mortals. From that day on I told everyone I could reach about this great pouch of utensils. I recommend it to every friend and stranger. If you purchase these utensils, your life will be blessed.

The utensils were surprisingly sturdy, lovely smooth, and the detail of the chopsticks that twist at the top was outstanding. As soon as I got them I put my homemade organic wood & leather preservative (made out of beeswax and jojoba oil) on them to help preserve them from moisture. I love that the holster is made of recycled plastic. I am VERY happy.

These are very pretty and the fact that they come with their own carrier bag is very convenient. The only issue I'd think to mention is that I though they'd be a little smaller for portability; they're actually pretty standard size (this may not necessarily be a bad thing for you).Give them a try if you take your own food to work.Bonus points, the fact that they're wood and not metal means no scratching your plastic bento boxes.

I have had my original To-Go Ware sets for over 8 years. I just recently broke my fork using it incorrectly. (sad face) When I went to purchase a replacement set, I had to buy extras and give them as gifts. They really are the best quality and size reusable utensil kit on the market. I should know, they stay in my purse at all times.

This is an excellent little set to keep at work, which is why I bought it. It washes easily, and seems to be durable. I also like the little case it comes in, which makes it easier and more sanitary to store. My one complaint--the knife is terrible. There is no sharp edge whatsoever, not even like you would find on a plastic knife. It is basically just a paddle that is equally thick on all sides. This was really disappointing, because it cannot cut anything. It could not even slice a pat of butter off a stick. I always had to hunt down a plastic knife if I needed to cut something--which was frequently! This is a major drawback, as it defeats the purpose of buying a set if the knife is unuseable. This was a shame, but the fork and spoon were nice, at least.

I absolutely love this set. I use this for work to avoid using the plastic ware that they provide in the office. I was a little skeptical at first after reading another review that said their fork split in half when eating a salad. That must have been some super thick lettuce. I have used the fork with all types of meat and even carrots and not once has it split or broken. I will be buying more of these for traveling and one to keep in my car when I eat out.

Awesome! They dont wear out as much as other bamboo sets which is nice. Awesome add on gifts for men who are active, on the go, hikers with eco-friendly consciousness. I got these on two seperate occasions for two guy friends as gifts and they both use them a lot. I sense the holder with the caribiner attached gives the whole thing a feel of something Indiana Jones would use for his food or something haha ;) But even apart from that they are suuuper useful, well made and practical so they are a great gift for men or women.

The item I received looked like it was returned. The velcro on the case was ripped. Cardboard was torn.
