Strong choice for the price!
The short: works really well for the price, is rather comfortable after many hours of wear, and has not given me any fear of use with strap slippage. Every stitch is exact same as it came out of the bag, so that says a lot for durability. Only item I will note for short people is all straps are pulled to their fullest extent to match my 5 foot 5 inch, 165 centimeter, frame. I left a suggest for SRS climbers below. It might work for DRT/MRS climbers too, but I have not tried that system yet to confirm. The long: giving five stars for the experience I have had so far with this harness. Please bear in mind that I am a major rookie climbing trees. That is the reason I sought out this harness. I found a glowing review of this brand’s hip harness on YouTube. I decided to go with the fully body for the complete body coverage, and personal learning curve issues. What I mean by that is having the full-body harness with the attachment points in the back gives any rescue team plenty of options to save me should a rookie mistake or overconfidence occur. I have gone through fall training before, and it was the first thing that went through my mind when I saw the attach points on the backside. As far as comfort goes, what do I know really? I just started my tree climbing journey, and this was my first climbing harness I have bought for this purpose. What i can compare this to is a rope Swiss Seat, and it is a far cry better than that torture. That is actually what made me seek out a real harness. Since this purchase, I have been able to climb for hours. I have even hung in this harness for about fifteen minutes taking a phone call (Yes, I know.) before I started to feel the need to move for circulation purposes. In despite of have not having any other harness purchased to compare, I can safely say from my point of view that is very comfortable for my weight. I do have two recommendations for single rope system (SRS) climbers. Because of the fixed rings at chest and hip, clipping into your ascent gear will cause a twisting action. First recommendation is to look into the Kong OVALONE DNA carabiner to solve that problem at the hip. Second recommendation is to use a cord loop at the chest to solve the same problem. Be safe out there!

Well as a man that has spent money on a few harness. This being the fifth one. And out of the five that I own. This one is the last one I should want and need. It's easy to adjust. Fits well. And most definitely is the most comfortable to wear. I can say all the stitch work is 100%. I feel safe and I know this product will save me should I fall. This product had all the right stuff in all the right places. I couldn't ask for more. Someday I might need a new one, and should I need a replacement this will be this one.

It does the job
I'm climbing towers for Ham Radio operators. For years, I've gotten by using a waste belt and a single lanyard. For years, I've been free climbing up and down towers. Now that I'm older and my hand strength isn't what it once was, I needed to up the safety issue's of climbing. I watched all the videos and I did the research. I needed a harness that gave me the ability to use 2 lanyards so I'm never free from the tower. I also needed a method to prevent falls. This harness provides both methods of positioning and fall restraint. I have a lanyard around the tower at all times and when I'm in a working position, it nice that one of the positioning methods works as a seat so I can rest a bit when needed. The D ring on my back works as the fall restraint. While looking for a new full body harness, I found a great many of them in the market. I also found a great many of them are very expensive. I supposed if I were climbing for a living I could make a case for spending more money but why would I ? This harness is built well. It's comfortable to hang / sit in when taking a break on a tower. It provides all the needed safety measures which is important to me. I'm 71 years old and I suffered a heart attack last year. With this harness, I'm comfortable and I enjoy the confidence that I am not going to fall. ( IF ) I were to ask for any improvement in this harness, it would be to improve the method of adjusting the leg and shoulder straps. Getting into this harness the first time was interesting. Once I had it on, getting it adjusting correcting took some work. I thought for some time I would like to have one of the more expensive harness' that have quick couplings on the legs, waste and shoulder straps. That would make a full body harness much easier to get on. HOWEVER, it also made the harness much more expensive. All things considered, this is the way to go. IT DOES THE JOB for less than half the price. Thank you SOB for making this available. IT's A VERY NICE / COMFORTABLE PEACE OF EQUIPEMENT

SOB IT WORKS!
Comfortable, durable, great quality. I trust my life with this harness. It holds my special human that weighs 300 lbs and is 5'10. Has plenty of room for more human too. I repelled 900' with this and will do it again tomorrow! Great job you SOB!

Well made harness, and durable over time.
This has been my main harness for about 5 months in tree care, and it is well worth the price I spent getting it. Being a full body harness is very convenient when wanting to shift weight off of my hips during long days, and I also haven't noticed any concerning wear after over 100 hours in it. The full body shape does take some getting used to, and it does get pretty uncomfortable around the neck and shoulders when worn for too long, but considering the price bracket this is in, I still think it's five stars.

adjustment straps are not holding position
The harness is well made. I have used it to climb a 140 foot tower. I felt safe in the harness, and it was comfortable. I slipped a small tool pouch on the stomach strap and adjusted it, both side straps. By the time I got to the top of the tower, the harness had slipped down quite a bit. I noticed the stomach straps had slid back to the full open position. When tightened, and under tension, the straps do not hold firm. If I can solve this problem, then the harness will work for me. I also found the 'D' rings at the stomach area are far back to my side and I had trouble attaching the safety lanyard.

I bought this for climbing pine trees in my yard and slowly cutting them down. Essentially I'm trying to be a DIY arborist. I absolutely love the harness, makes me feel like I have the same gear as the professionals use, but without the expense. It works perfectly, has the right clips and loops everywhere that I expect. Even the back loops for hanging a chainsaw or other equipment while climbing. Only one quibble, and it's a small thing, but 2 of the straps have a tendency to loosen over time. The don't loosen much, but it's the only way I can possibly imagine to improve the harness is to somehow lock those straps in place once they're adjusted. Otherwise, it's perfect. Highly recommended product.
