I wanted a neon sign like "Flynn's" Arcade from the movie Tron for my game room. A real neon sign is going to be totally impractical and too expensive for my purposes. This was perfect and makes me smile every time I see it.The packaging was excellent, comes with gloves, cleaning cloth, etc. to help with setup. It came much faster than expected. The customization process was awesome. Within 12 hours they had a print for me to review, first iteration missed a line, I asked them to fix it, 24 hours later new print ready for my review which was exactly right. I approved that and it's off to production and showed up nine days after I placed the order.I hooked it up to a Leviton switch and now Alexa can switch it by voice command and timer turns it on automatically at night and off at midnight. I also found a 16.4ft (5m) clear super thin extension cable on Amazon that works perfectly with it and was super easy to conceal.Welcome to Odin's Arcade!

First thing I’d like to say is unbelievable! Came way way way sooner then promised and from out of the country. I ordered June 2nd and it came June 10th. Which is just stunning, I’m waiting for other things ordered in country (by other companies) and they’re just slow as molasses. Truly impressed.As for the item itself, love it! Exactly what I asked for, easy people to work with. Color just what I wanted. Designed perfectly! If you’re thinking about ordering do it! If I decide to get another or something similar this is the place I will be ordering from. Such great work, I can’t stress it enough. This is a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I can not wait to give it to him! I wish I took a picture but I already wrapped it!

Quick response after submitting photo. Easy to work with. Fast delivery even though it was coming from another country. The image is exactly what I expected. Overall good experience. Be sure to check the confirmation image they send you. The first attempt for mine was not what I wanted. It was my fault I submitted a bad picture but at least they ask for confirmation. They will print anyway if you don’t respond in 24 hours. I responded, I didn’t like it give me a couple days to make another, and it was no problem.

I hate to be the one to leave less than 5 stars. The sign is attractive and I’m sure the recipient is going to like it. But from my point of view. I expected much better packaging for a fragile item with a $35 shipping charge. The sign was shipped with barley a half inch of flexible foam on each side. That was placed in a plastic bag. That’s it. There was a small piece of plastic from the frame floating around in the bag. It looks like maybe it should slide into place on the top right side to help hold light bar in place. It won’t say there because the frame is kind of bent. I’m thinking maybe the corner was stepped on. Right now it’s taped. The light won’t stay in place so I’m probably going to silicone it and get some really clear tape to put the top piece back on. I love the blue color. It’s great. The yellow is not as yellow as it looks on the black board. It’s more of an off white to a buttercup yellow depending on the lighting. I wasn’t aware that the back of the sign that’s cut out with the glowing powdery substance is exposed. Should maybe have a warning not to touch the back when removing from foam. That glowing material kept dropping on the clear parts of the sign leaving glowing spots. The spots and smudges took awhile to remove. So all in all I’m sure he will like the sign. I received it much sooner than expected. The sellers were very prompt and they have a nice product. I just wasn’t expecting to have to repair it before I wrapped it.

I would put up a photo but I'm too lazy to take everything back out of its package to do so. I bought this sign for my grandpa's birthday. It's a Cubs and Budweiser sign. I submitted a basic two-color line art and they turned the design into a reality. However, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BASIC LINE ART PICTURE OF WHAT YOU WANT, you should email them first before ordering, so they can assist with coming up with a design. Overall 10/10. Wish the cord was a little longer, but oh well.

Poor build quality. The light stopped working after a week. Contacted the seller, they said they were shipping a replacement light (I guess this happens a lot) except they shipped it to a different zip code. I think they just sent me tracking for a different replacement part and didn't send me a replacement.Save yourself the headache. Don't buy from this seller.Update: For lack of better options and because I wanted to get matching signs, ended up purchasing additional signs from this seller. The lights have died on all of them, literally four out of four signs stopped working within 6 months.

It’s nice and all but I thought it was just gonna be the name. I didn’t think it would be a square piece with the name in it. That was my mistake. It’s still cute.
