This brown sugar makes a HUGE difference in baking - can’t recommend it enough!

This is the best brown sugar. It has good rich flavor, much better and darker than dominos "dark brown" sugar. I like the kind of larger crystals too. But best of all, it stays soft for a long time instead of turning into a rock, even if you don't do a great job of keeping it airtight. This makes it much easier to measure and use. The only thing that could be improved is the resealable zipper, which gets easily impeded by the sugar and then is hard to re-close. One of those wide style that's kind of like Velcro would be better I think. But that is a pretty minor complaint since like I said, it keeps surprisingly well even when not perfectly sealed.

Moist and delicious dark brown sugar. A pleasure to bake with! Crystals are large, moist, grainy and smell delicious. Rich flavor. Mixes well. Nice deep taste.

This works well enough to sweeten my drinks after making this into a syrup. I just wish that the flavor was more smoky and toasty like some of the other brown sugar I've used. this just taste sweet.

Did not dislike anything about this product. It is dark, it is delicious, and makes everything better. I have not tried eating it directly from the bag; however, oatmeal is wonderful with this product, and so are cookies and pies. It is a great price - a little goes a long way. Unlike other brown sugars, the flavor is exceptional - and it is organic - and it is a great price - and it comes in a larger amount which you may not notice to begin with.

I always thought that brown sugars were about the same, give or take. However, this brown sugar is truly superior in taste and quality. It takes richer than others and the texture remains soft and stable. It is worth the extra money. And it's organic, free trade.
