This product is sturdy and a great deal for the price. I would have given this 5 stars but it is missing the letter “F” and instead has a lower case “x.” I wanted to contact the seller to ask about a replacement piece, but I cannot find the option to do that. I’m hoping the seller sees the review and reaches out to me.

So I really love this and so does my daughter, but I am super disappointed because I didn't receive the letter I but instead received 2 H's
