100% copper
Copper coated aluminum doesn’t solder very well and is overall weaker than a solid copper wire. Getting this cable was definitely worth the extra money. The 100% copper wire and the fact that the insulation was high quality and thick. I don’t need to worry about my electrical failing on my flat bed trailer.

This wire is tough and will withstand the elements
1. Easy to strip and use 2. Beats the heck out of the kits that come with your new lights! 3. Easy to run the whole way, just route so that it is long enough to reach both lights, partially strip the covering of the wire at the first light [right or left it makes no difference], pick out the wires that that light needs to function and clip the REMAINING wires so the tails can connect to the light's wires , and NOT the GROUND WIRE, JUST STRIP THAT WIRE!. Connect them upto that light. Then connect the ones that are left over, to the second light. Strip the ground wire and combine a short piece of extra wire to it with a connector or solder it. make the ground connection at the first and then second light. Get the ground wire directly from your vehicle rather that trying to do that with the trailer which rusts, and is a poor ground anyway! Put plenty of strain relief on the wire to the lights because they are flimsy as compared to this wire. Make sure to secure this wire enough so that it doesn't tug on the flimsy wires from the lights. AND, dont back up and break your new lights!

Worked as expected.
Good product. Does the job fine. A little stiff but unless you need a very soft jacketed cable this will work.
