100% PURE TOASTED SESAME OIL SPRAY extracted from toasted seeds. This oil possesses a typical aroma of toasted seeds and a flavour typical of Asian cuisine. It is naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids, Omega-6 and Omega-9. Toasted Sesame Seed oil contains an elevated quantity of minerals, among which, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium and is rich in oleic and linoleic acids. Toasted Sesame Seed oil is rich in vitamins, with particular reference to Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3). Toasted Sesame Seed oil has just recently joined Mediterranean cuisine and is consumed in raw form as oil to dress salads and pasta dishes, for risotto as finishing touch and even in sweet recipes and casseroles in the batter itself. It possesses a high smoke point equal to 215°C. Toasted Sesame Seed oil is used in the kitchen in the preparation of typical Indian and Southern Asian dishes with use even in China and Japan, both in main dishes as for fish and for vegetables (for example in tempura). In Africa this oil is used in now very common dishes such as “tahin”, which is the base for chickpea hummus. Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero can allows a consumption reduction of about 90% (a 250ml can in fact equals about a 3-litre standard bottle of oil) and protects the contents from exposure to air and light for a long time. This enables all the fine properties of the condiment to be maintained unaltered and to be preserved as freshly pressed. Each second of spray emits 1,8 ml/1,7 g (15 Kcal) of product enough to season any dish.
