Good smaller sized first aid kit. Perfect for keeping in a backpack or for a small car kit. The velcro and zippers have all been good quality and durable so far (few months). Great value as well. Would recommend!

I got this for my brother who uses a 5.11 backpack as his daily work bag and he LOVES it! Attached directly to the molle on the backpack without issue. Love all the pockets and storage space it offers too. He's using it as a basic tool kit for quick repairs on the job, and it fits everything he needs in a pinch, but I imagine it would make for a great IFAK too. I'll update this review at a later date when I have a better idea of the durability, but the quality seems to be there.

I have a few medical issues that require me to carry medications on me at all times. I was worried that there would be a situation where I wouldn’t be able to get to my meds on my own, so I love how bright red this product is. I tell everyone around me that my medications are in this storage case and it really gives me peace of mind. The Velcro is super strong and the product is built with quality. The only hesitation that I have is if you don’t have someone around to help you get it open and you’re having a medical emergency, it’s probably TOO secure. With the Velcro strap, buckle, and zipper, it could be hard to get to the medication inside. However, I still love this bag because that’s not really a problem for me. It also fits quite a bit of medication inside!

This is an affordable, functional little first-aid pouch that fits perfectly inside my range bag or attaches to the outside of my day pack. I have stocked it with a CAT Tourniquet and EMT shears (attached externally thanks to the convenient MOLLE system), two Hyvent chest seals, Celox hemostatic gauze, an Israeli bandage, nasopharangeal airway, scissors, tweezers, a package of NAR regular gauze, a wide variety of gauze pads, band-aids, a triangle bandage, several pairs of rubber gloves, hand sanitizer, tweezers, bandage scissors, a handful of useful of pharmaceutical products, and a separate zip-lock "boo-boo bag" of band-aids, moleskin, alcohol pads, etc. The quality seems good—decent material, zippers, webbing and stitching—and it actually holds way more than I thought it would. It exceeded my expectations. It holds everything I need for a "serious" first aid kit, but it's not big enough that I'm tempted to load it down with extraneous crap.

This pouch is exactly what I needed to keep my first aid supplies organized and accessible. The 600D nylon feels sturdy and durable, and the rip-away design is a game-changer for quick access in emergencies. It attaches easily to my gear using the MOLLE system, and the compartments inside make it simple to sort everything from bandages to trauma shears. Great value for money, very sturdy, good mix of internal pouches and open space. I've got a huge amount of bandaids, burn packs, saline, ace bandage, medicines, scissors, tweezers, first aid book etc etc in this bag. Replaced the one that came with my car and also take it when going on a longer hike. I think it's the perfect size, not so big & heavy that you won't take it with you but holds a lot. The only thing NOT in here is my 3-foot (folded up) SAM splint and I could put it in if I took out the two tournique straps, roll of athletic tape and ace bandage...you get the idea.

As a first responder, this is a very nice setup for my trauma bag. Holds a ton of life saving items.

Je cherchais une pochette Rip Away pour avoir sous la main mon kit de premier soin disons à bas prix! Le prix est excellent mais la qualité n'y est pas!! Les boucle de fermeture éclair sont ouverte à une extrémité et en essayant d'ouvrir un compartiment la cordelette est resté dans ma main et le compartiment est demeuré fermé!! Vraiment pas idéal en situation d'urgence. Je crois qu'il vaut mieux investir quelques dollar de plus pour une meilleure qualité.....ceci dit ci ce produit est pour une utilisation civile occasionnel il est parfait. Pour pour les professionnels de la Santé je le déconseille.

I bought this as a gift and used it to contain an assemblage of first aid supplies. Fit everything I needed in a compact case. Case opens fully so you can see all contents. Has pockets and elastics inside to help organize and contain contents. Good value for money.

The build of is excellent and fits most of what I bring when I'm out hiking or in nature.

I have a few of these. They are durable and great to swap out for whatever task you need them for.

Ive had it for about a year or so now and its still going strong!!! Fits all my supplies nicely!
