Easy and quick to use, accurate and solidly built
I've owned a bunch of tyre pressure gauges over the years, stick/pen type ones, digital ones you name it, what I should have done is bought one of these years ago. It's just so unremarkable in it's operation that it's almost easy to overlook how good it is. It....Just....works. Easy to get as good seal, reads the pressure almost instantly, no waiting for a beep from the stupid digital things, it's easy to get into tight and awkward valves (like a motorbike) the gauge is easy to read and from what I can tell is nice and accurate. Despite what the pictures on Amazon show this actually does have both PSI and Bar readings with PSI on the outer ring so it's nice and easy to see the separations. The reset/bleed button feels solid and operates well, the overall build quality feels really nice and for a couple of quid more than some cheapy knock off you are better off spending your money on this. The glow in the dark aspect of the dial is handy too especially if your garage lighting isn't that great.

Great piece of Kit
Feels like a rugged piece of kit in hand .Looks and feels sturdy and well made.Simple to use and dial is clear to read.Like the button to release excess air and return needle to Null position.Would recommend.

A Cool Tool
Wow, I love luminous and this is REALLY luminous but I wonder if it stays like it after a week inside its bag.I suppose you could hold it in front of your headlights for a couple of minutes if you really needed to check pressures at night.Jesting aside this tool is really cool. In fact after 60 years of motoring I’d say it’s the best car tyre pressure gauge I’ve EVER owned. It’s the perfect range for cars which means you can see so much more clearly the pressure you’re looking for.A 200 psi pressure gauge may seem useful but most cars don’t go anywhere near that pressure. With a 200 psi gauge the increments are so tiny on the dial you’re never going to get a reading within the accuracy you need between tyres.Tyre’s can easily be over or under inflated but what’s worse is when they aren’t balanced on the same axle. This pressure gauge has easy to read increments which allows you to get those pressures closer to where you need them.As a bonus, (the image on this advert doesn’t show them) the gauge includes “bar” pressuresWhat I particularly like is the gauge holds the pressure until you release it. Now this might seem unnecessary for some but when you’re working in tight corners and can’t see the gauge readout whilst you’re testing the pressure, at least you have it when you take the gauge off the tyre. The brass fittings are solid and the rubber (plastic) surround makes holding it easy. One drawback is the “psi” display on the dial is partially hidden behind the bezel. Unless the gauge is tilted you can’t see the readings. But as I said earlier, the gauge does hold the reading so you can remove it from the tyre and tilt it to see clearly.I would like to see a flexible accessory with auto locking connectors for this then it would suit some of the really awkward wheelsHolding the gauge whilst releasing the pressure to the desired amount can be tricky because you need two hands. Holding it tightly on the valve to ensure correct pressure requires another hand to press the release button. I think a simple clip on lever as an addition would help. There’s a free suggestion.Wonderful tool, let’s hope it’s accurate and stays that way; at least for another 60 years :)

No longer a tyre-some chore
Great looking, sturdy construction with clear dial and easy to use. This product is very well manufactured and should last many years of use and for the price is a bargain.

Not cheap, but very good.
Good quality and reliable. The inlet head rotates making it easier to attach to the valve and nice clear display. Well packaged and looks good quality.

Surprised and the quality for the price would recommend

Doesn’t work properly
Rubbish! Difficult to get reading as sit escapes when pressing on valve! Mine also wouldn’t hold air when released from valve to read! Needle just dropped back to zero ! Total waste of money!

Good Piece of Kit
Good piece of kit. Appear to be reasonably accurate and the gauge holds the reading util the pressure relief valve is pushed, making use of the gauge more convenient
