Easy to Sew With
This cotton quilt batting is soft and easy to work with while sewing. The size is just right for small projects and crib quilts. It lays flat and stitches nicely without bunching up.

Excellent Liner for Quilt Making!
This quilt liner is fantastic quality—soft, durable, and easy to work with. It provided the perfect inner layer for my handmade quilt, adding just the right amount of weight and warmth. It held its shape well during sewing and didn’t bunch or shift. Great value for the price, and I’ll definitely be using this again for future quilting projects!

good value
I am not using batting for a quilt just yet. It has been attached to the wall as a design wall for my art quilt in progress. It's definiately lightweight. It may tear easily when sandwiching between the layers of a quilt. I question how it would hold up in a quilt being used and washed.

Decent batting
This was quite thin, I thought. But the size was perfect, and I wanted something light for a summer quilt.

Great quilting batting
Works great for quilting. It’s soft and manageable when it comes to sewing. I love that it’s made with natural material.

Do not buy!
This is the worst batting I have ever used. The under layer fabric does not adhere to the batting so it causes shifting and wrinkles. When trying to adjust the batting it tears leaving holes. This batting sheds and pills terribly. That makes the quilt top and bottom be covered with falling fibers much like holding a light colored cat when wearing dark clothing. I looked at the stars given and it was mostly positive. Maybe I received some other batting but I would not know since the plastic wrapper was blank. If I could give no star I would.

Just what I needed
Needed this batting weight and amount for some cork bulletin boards we were crafting. We all have a favorite type of fabric and any ribbons and decorated push pins.Perfect for what we needed it for,and plant left for other upcoming crafts.

Quilters loved
My mother and grandmother who are big quilters commented on the great quality when I was having them help me finish up a baby quilt. As someone who has only made a few quilts, that spoke mountains to me. Definitely buying again.

Update - April 30/2021 - I've used this batting now for a dozen small zipper bags. I wouldn't dare use it for anything larger (like a quilt, or even tote bags). It's easy enough to cut a strip about 8 or 10" wide but anything larger than that is going to be difficult. I'm not changing my review score of 5 stars because the seller doesn't hide at all, the fact that this is quite thin batting, and it really is soft to the touch and nice to work with. But the thinness isn't going to work for all applications, so be aware. I haven't washed it yet - I'd love to know if anyone has run it through the washer/dryer and how it came out! (Below is my original review) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is definitely thin batting - you can see your hand through it (barely), but you're not likely to easily poke a hole in it while moving it around to work with, unless you deliberately try. It's lovely to handle - soft, with no weird smells, and it doesn't seem to have scrim, so I'm fairly certain it's 100% cotton, as described (I haven't yet tested it with my iron, and when I do so, I will update). The size listed is fairly accurate (it runs a touch bigger - definitely not smaller). It does have tiny brown spots throughout - if you were using it with a very thin white fabric you MIGHT be able to see them, but I doubt it. The only thing I would suggest to the seller is to include an info sheet in/on the packaging - there's a cardboard insert with a picture of cotton and the sizes listed, but no product info - manufacturer, country of origin, content, instructions for use etc. Most of that is covered in the listing, but it really should be on the packaging as well. Oh - it did take the seller a week to ship and then the expected delivery date was delayed a few times (shipping from USA ---> Canada) but it ended up arriving earlier than all the dates Amazon gave me - that was a bonus :)
