Considering the cost of other known brand names, it was the price that attracted me to this Hyundai. And I'm not disappointed. The generator is delivered drained of fluids, so will need fuel and oil adding before even attempting a start. It isn't supplied with oil, so ensure you have some 10W-40 ready for it. Capacity is a tiny 0.25l (250ml) from empty. It is also supplied with a 12V battery charging lead you can connect to the output panel, a little oil bottle, manual and a screwdriver. I spent the next 40 minutes swearing under my breath as I could not get the thing to start. Turns out, it was operator error so I feel I must point out the main power switch (the rotary knob in the picture) was a little finicky. Make sure you turn it to the 'on' position firmly. If it doesn't click when you've turned it firmly, it won't start. In my case, it was in the correct position, but I hadn't been firm enough with it. I'm sure it will improve with use. It's quiet enough in use (not Honda quiet, but also not Honda price), and at the end of a cable, it won't bother anyone. The two speeds are a useful feature. In low RPM mode, it will speed up if output demands it. You also have the option of running it at high RPM constantly. In all, a great little generator. Small, light enough to carry, and decent output. At this price, it's a great buy.

Fantastic generator for camping, always starts within a couple of pulls and reasonably quiet

Please be extremely sure when choosing this generator in what you would like to run! To be honest it is no more than a power bank for phones, lighting, laptops etc. It will struggle if even run a microwave. It will most definitely not run a Hoover (standard) heater of any use etc. Also this think leaking oil badly. I bought the model up with 2.2kw of power and it is no heavier etc but a thousand times more useful. I bought this with a vision to run my motor home, lighting yes, anything else of use no.

Once we figured out that the battery was not connected I aam happy with the product . Silent and very easy to start . If you have trouble starting the 4000w generator , check to see if battery is connected if you don;t see the led display light up when you turn the key to Start

A really nice generator that starts easily (remote or key) and runs quietly. Output is steady and I have tried it with electronic kit (computers etc.) and had no issues. You need to buy a length of earth cable to ground the generator for safety and fill the motor with oil (not provided). The starter battery arrives disconnected in the machine so needs connecting (push fit cable connectors). The 2 x 13amp sockets are great for home use or for camping/caravan. The handle and wheels make it easy to move around and the whole thing can be picked up by one person if necessary. Looks good too and the display is easy to read. Comes with 2 remotes and 2 keys for start/stop

Great Generator. Had this for a month now and can't fault it all. Very well made and easy to use. I can charge 2 ecoflow power stations and run a 400w heater while in ecomode. And so far I've put 20hrs on the generator and used £20 of fuel, so running cost is about a £1 an hour.

Work very well and low noise

This was bought to replace a generator that broke down whilst on an extended French trip. Went carefully through the processes to get it started and it would not start. Still don't know what the trouble was but no spark at the plug so probably some electrical fault. As I was checking things I also noticed that it was very low on oil, not great when straight from the factory. Now lugging it around until I get back to UK to return it as way too expensive to post from here. May be a one off but it has been enough to put me off having a replacement.

Nach vielen Jahren Zugehörigkeit zum Hyundai-Konzern (das endete allerdings schon vor geraumer Zeit) weiß ich darum, dass die Koreaner a) gerne unterschätzt werden und b) in der Regel alles Hand und Fuß hat, was dort hergestellt wird. Ich suchte einen Stromerzeuger für Festivals, wollte aber die Premiumpreise für den japanischen Marktführer, der preiswert in Thailand produzieren lässt, nicht bezahlen. Der Hyundai 100SI war ein Zufallstreffer. Und die Zusammenfassung lautet: Sehr zu empfehlen. Steht besagten Marktführer nichts da, ist in Teilen sogar hochwertiger, deutlich günstiger und dazu leise, sparsam und völlig problemlos.

Es seguro si puede generar electricidad usted mismo en caso de un corte de energía prolongado. El único problema con este producto era que tenías que conseguir un cable adaptador porque tiene un enchufe inglés.

Die aktuelle Version des 1000W Hyundai Stromerzeugers ähnelt optisch und vom technischen Aufbau sehr stark dem Honda 10i Generator. Im Gegensatz zum Honda Wettbewerber ist neben Gerätefarbe/Herstellerlogo die 12V Ladeleisung etwas geringer ausgefallen und ein zusätzliches Display verbaut. Im Lieferumfang befinden sich: - der Generator, - eine englische Anleitung, - Service Werkzeug (Schraubendreher & Kerzenschlüssel), - ca. 1/2 L Motoröl (reicht auch noch für den ersten Ölwechsel), - ein 12V Ladekabel und - eine 16-A-CEE-Steckdose mit UK Anschlussstecker Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich für die englische Anleitung und weil bei dem gelieferten Gerät keine Schukosteckdose sondern eine UK Anschlussdose verbaut ist (Lieferant ist Amazon über Langstrecke). Dieses sollte im Angebot zumindest vermerkt sein. Da ich sonst mit dem Gerät zufrieden bin, habe ich mir eine Schuko 3er Steckdose mit UK Anschlussstecker dazu bestellt ( Nach Amazon Asin B01JEMELXQ Asin suchen).
