Yes it’s great because it will hold more than one stick of butter, so not to run out when it’s almost gone. Also it is pretty on my my countertop, the handy butter knife is a plus.

Solid quality and perfect size, it's large enough for two sticks. The lid seals enough for the butter to stay fresh, but not tight enough that the dish can be picked up by just the lid if you don't have a good grip on it. It's not the same square shape that's shown in the picture. This one flares out towards the top-which doesn't change the functionality-but it's not being represented honestly. I knocked off a star for the seller not displaying the real product.
