Taste??
Used this product for decades! This product came so stale it had no smell firstly. Grated it over pan of milk as always before and NO choc or cinnamon or even gratable. It's awful waste of money and really wanted to treat grandkids as my kids had it. Don't buy it here, it's OLD and stale.

I love this treat - have it in the morning to brighten my day. I put 1/4 disk in my cup and add a few inches of boiling water from the kettle. Stir it up a bit and it melts easily. Then I add some heated frothed oat or almond milk. For a richer flavour I add some unsweetened cacoa powder and cinnamon. You could add some cayenne too if you like it extra spicy.

I really enjoy this hot chocolate on a cold winter's day, but you have to accept going into it that it isn't something you can rush. You're meant to gradually melt the large puck of solid chocolate in a heavy pan of milk, heating it to just under boiling, while whisking often. Expect it to take about 20 minutes, if you're not making shortcuts. But it's a warm, nice chocolate, rich and spiced lightly with cinnamon, and it smells lovely while making it. My entire family really enjoyed it, and on a cold day, it's a nice excuse to hang around a hot stove for a while.

Bon au goût et facile à faire. La recette est d'une portion pour 1,2l de liquide.
