This is, without a doubt, the best tasting hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my 63 years. So rich and creamy. Love that it’s mixed with milk, not water. Made Christmas bags with the cocoa, a mint flavored spoon and a homemade marshmallow stick. So cute and very tasty!

Good packaging and great value

Cocoa is great as long as you get the milk hot enough. Luke warm milk does not let the cocoa flavor bloom to full potential.

Taste great but doesn’t mix completely! It is a little expensive so i might not order again

they came wrapped and boxed well. They were all inside a plastic bag inside the box. This is about the 3 or 4th time I have ordered these. I am using them for a craft project. Cocoa mix, marshmallows, candy cane spoons and candy kisses placed inside a box that looks like a coffee mug with a tall back to hold everything well. I purchased the die from scrap diva.

Upon tasting it, Lady Radcliffe had head chef Pierre sent up to her chamber and chastised him for nearly half an hour before sending him back to the kitchen to fetch her proper cocoa. Thinking quickly, the staff put two packs together, thinking they could boost the flavor of sugary beverage. In doing so, they created a drink so bitter even Clarence wouldn't touch it. After one sip, Lady Radcliffe called me to personally escort her to the kitchen so she could personally berate the entire cooking staff. As she crossed the threshold of the kitchen I said a silent prayer for the brave souls on the other side of that swinging door. By this time, Pierre had made a cup of the so-called "Swiss Miss," which delighted the lady. A far a cheaper and superior product that saved 14 lives one cold wintery afternoon, I suggest you ditch this fresh hell from Ghirardelli and keep some of the real instant cocoa on your shelf.
