Effectiveness: This benzoyl peroxide cream does help reduce breakouts if you use it consistently. I noticed fewer whiteheads and smaller pimples after about 7–10 days. Many users report that benzoyl peroxide is effective at killing acne-causing bacteria and clearing skin over time, though it’s not a miracle cure and results vary by skin type. Texture and feel: The cream is pretty thick and a little strong. It can feel drying, especially the first week. I needed a good moisturizer right after to prevent flakiness. Some people won’t mind this, but if your skin is dry or sensitive, expect some irritation until your skin adjusts. Irritation and dryness: I had some dryness around the edges of my face at first. Get this! It's wonderful! Had a sore feeling blind pimple near nose, tried hot compresses, alcohol, squeezing to mo avail. Remembered I had this. It very quickly brought that nasty pimple to a head and I could express the gunk. Yay! Put more on. A little itchy but small price. I'm 78 and don't get pimples! Addition to this review a few days after...had to continue using it on the pimple but used only a thin layer unlike at first when I used it more thickly. It was fun to peel the dried cream off though also! So, there was still a bump but no real pimple so I continued putting it on thinly, less itching and now there is almost nothing there! Wow. Amazing stuff!

Recently changed from dermatologist prescribed acne medication to this. All of my acne gone in a week. Great price per value. Just be careful while using it, it does bleach clothes and towels

I never write reviews, but honestly I’ve never been more ready to write a review on this. I’m 26, and I’ve dealt with acne since puberty originally hit me back in my preteens. It was nothing super serious, but it was always enough to make me not want to go out in public without some sort of coverage on my face. I was tired of that. I tried all sorts of stuff from drugstores, and even name brand products just because it’s been well over a decade dealing with stubborn acne. I got to researching and found that the active ingredient in this was highly recommended so I figured why not. I mean I might as well at this point, otherwise I’ll just be dealing with hormonal acne until menopause. I ordered this, and got it in the mail. Yippee. It took about a week until I realized what routine worked well with my skin but after a couple weeks I started to notice how soft my skin finally was and how CLEAR IT WAS. I have never been happier, I could almost cry because this stuff finally gave me confidence. I love my skin now, and appreciate how clear it is now. Advise though, avoid eyebrows and eyes! I made the mistake of accidentally getting some in my eyes during the first week and woke up to my eyes being puffy. Not fun, but just remembered to avoid that from happening again haha.

Works better than name brand acne medication. I have had a cyctic type pimple for a while that grew overnight. I Bought this product and it is finally getting smaller each day. I use this product morning and night. I had abrekout before this last period and my pimples were gone overnight after apllying before bed. Does stain towels and pillowcases but its benzoyl peroxide. I buy white towels.

My partner had Pitted Keratolysis and having him use a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide wash on his feet along with this 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne medication after the wash everyday eventually cured it. He was able to get a callous on the bottom of his feet again and his feet no longer stink. Although I know this is an acne medication if you know anyone suffering from the same condition I’m telling you this is 100% effective! Now he just continues using the products as maintenance because we don’t want to risk it coming right back. It’s a life saver!
