Well made and fits great.

This is a well-made lightweight cap that delivers good quality for the price. The wool blend fabric is soft, the seams are tight, the cap is fully lined and there are no loose threads. You can sense some cost savings in the minimal forehead padding and the thinness of bill material (it feels like pasteboard when you flex it but it does hold its shape when adjusted). I wouldn't want to wear this cap in the rain or a snowstorm, but it is a very nice spring/fall cap. I doubt it will last as long as my wool tweed caps from the UK, but for 17 bucks, it's a good deal.

I bought this cap for my dad who loves the way it looks and gets compliments on it. It’s not thick or heavy, but Dad doesn’t want to notice the hat he's wearing anyway. Despite being thinner, it does keep your head warm in cooler weather so it’s a great fall & winter cap. Nice build and fit - the wool blend and houndstooth pattern look & feel like a pricier hat. **Bend/curve the bill right off the bat to keep it from uncomfortably pressing into the center of your forehead.** I liked this hat enough to get one for myself in plaid green!

This is exactly the hat I was looking for. Perfect for dress or casual country wear, and brisk New England weather. If you don’t know your hat size make sure you measure your head with a tailor’s measuring tape. The match the circumference length to hat size chart which one can download from the net.
