Pretty fast compared to my phone.

It's ok
I use this for work, if the battery is charged the laptop is fast, internet connection is great, but once the battery hits about half full everything slows way down, the mouse pad isn't as reliable.

Loved the computer BUT!!!
The computer was great until I was attempting to use it and it would never charge. Called manufacturer and warranty was expired. The more I look at possible issues the more I got mad.

Product quality
I was so excited to get this laptop. Ive had an hp in the past and it worked perfectly. This laptop completely ruined my trust for the entire hp brand. No matter how many times you restart it or change its power settings to the highest performance it is still going to run very slowly. It is also glitchy and unresponsive at times. Would not recommend this product to anyone who is in college or business. THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT FOR ANYONE.

Upgradeable. But still wasteful
Screws under rubber feet. Unused space (for HDD? With no SATA cable) M.2 slot (only supported SATA M.2 SSD) 1 of the 2 RAM slots aren't soldered. (Wasted performance of AMD 3020e)
