Simply the best. Period.
Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 is an outstanding micro-polish that delivers professional-grade results without the hassle. I’ve used it on several vehicles, including dark paints that show every tiny imperfection, and it consistently impresses. It effectively removes holograms, fine swirls, light scratches, and even P3000-level sanding marks mechanically—meaning it actually eliminates them rather than just masking them temporarily. The cut level (around 3.2) strikes a perfect balance: enough refinement power to tackle those stubborn micro-marring issues after a heavier compound step, yet it finishes down to an exceptional gloss level (rated 9.0 for a reason). What stands out most is how user-friendly it is. It spreads easily, works for a long time without drying out or dusting excessively, and breaks down cleanly with minimal pressure on a DA polisher (paired with the matching purple Micro Cut pad or a similar soft/medium foam). Wipe-off is effortless with a good microfiber—no greasy residue or haze left behind. It’s also very economical—a little goes a long way, so that 250ml or 1L bottle lasts through multiple full details. On soft American clear coats and harder European paints alike, it produces that deep, wet-look shine under direct sunlight or harsh lighting conditions where other “finishing” polishes fall short. No fillers or heavy silicones to wear off quickly; the results are durable and true. If you’re looking for a reliable one-step polish for light correction jobs or the perfect follow-up to a heavy/fine cut compound, Micro Cut is hard to beat. Easily one of the best in its category—highly recommended for both enthusiasts and pros. 5/5 stars.

Really enhances gloss, shine and holograms removal
Using this as a final stage (but before applying ceramic) and not sure is because of it, but I see no holograms at all. I’m no expert but I believe to see a lot of improving in the gloss, shine and depth after using it. It’s high quality, easy to use, very forgiving, working time is quite long. On the last picture I upload you can see the before and after, it’s day and night. It was a long process involving many other tools and products, but Koch chemie was part of the final polishing stage and I’m happy with results.

Best polish out there. great cut and extreme gloss.
I can not praise this polish enough. It has great cut and extreme gloss at the same time. I had another brands "heavy" compound I did a test spot with. This micro cut polish removed more scratches than the "heavy" compound. This polish is extremely easy to use and requires less work to get results. Very user friendly and is great for a one step. I was planning on doing a two step with MF cut pads and then polish off with a finishing foam. I only needed to one step with the MF pads due to how well this polish finished. Above are before and after pics of the wife's car. If you are planning on correcting paint buy the large size liter size of this. You can then buy different style pads instead of having a bunch of different polishes and compounds. This stuff will help you correct paint safely without worry about burning the paint.

Impressed, two-stage polishing
After much research, used Fine then Micro Cut compound (two stage using RUPES blue and yellow foam pads) to remove surface scratches and imperfections in “soft” Tesla black paint. After the Fine Cut, did noticed hazing but Fine Cut did a good job restoring the shine, depth, and clarity. Less is more when it comes to removing clear coat so happy with the results, i.e., removed about 80-90% imperfections. I recommend it.

Good gloss, limited cut
Used Koch Chemie M3-02 on a 2020 Mazda CX5 Signature with dark crystal blue paint. Paint was in good shape with some slight swirls and bird bomb etching. Machine was a Rupes Mille LK 900E forced rotation DA with white Lake Country force pads b/c Mazda's have softer paint. Goal was heightened gloss not paint perfection. Car had been washed, clayed & IPA'd; temp about 80 F in shade. Product gave good working time with minimal dusting. Did 4 passes and got good gloss with minimal dusting but found while the cut with this combo took care of the swirl marks it couldn't remove the bird bomb etching. Good finishing polish with limited cut.

Worth every penny.
I use McGuires for my first 3 stages when doing paint correction, and this for my final pass with my finishing pad and the results are incredible every time. This stuff is pricy, but worth every penny if you’re looking to do a correction before ceramic coat application. You don’t need a lot of it, less is more.

My favorite finishing polish
This is one of the very best finishing polishes. It will remove the light to medium stuff no problem but the finish it leaves is where it shines!
