Is there room under the top tier to mount a larger power supply?

I added a piece of 1/4 inch plywood under the base board and was then able to mount an outlet strip with a large power adapter plugged into it under the top deck, in the area of the base that is cut out (but on top of the 1/4 inch plywood).

Do you have available or do you have any recommendations for a case for transporting the pedalboard to/from gigs?

No. It's definitely not portable friendly. I have a much smaller pedalboard for travel.
