Excellent, prompt customer service! Camera is decent. My 5 and 7 year old love it. Waterproof case makes it durable for my 5 and 2 year old to bang around. Basic picture taking capabilities for young and enthusiastic photographers. “Video games” (old school phone games like snake and push the block puzzles) keep them entertained. Had a problem with camera functioning properly and customer services replaced immediately it while letting us keep the old. Five stars for excellent service and a year warranty on product defects.

This camera is so good because my son likes it and he will play with it a-lot and it charges so fast and this is a fun camera

TL;DR - Really great camera for kids with good quality and secure waterproof housing I was a little hesitant about the quality given the cheap price but it's for an 8-year-old to use while she's in the pool. When we opened the box I was even more concerned as the camera itself seems like it's just a plastic shell - like a toy you'd get to play with other toys not anything actually functional. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! It's light weight is great for holding/carrying by little hands. The picture quality was a little grainy even when set to the highest MP but this is a kid's camera we aren't doing portraits here lol. The video quality especially underwater was out of this world compared to what I was expecting. The kids had a great time filming themselves swimming and jumping in the pool and some of the pictures they took came out beautifully. The kids were able to figure out how to navigate the control menus pretty quickly. I loved that it comes with so much - the memory card, the mounting gear, the waterproof housing, the lanyard, etc. The only downside I've found is there is no focus feature so if you're not close to the camera it becomes blurry, "action" while filming like running or riding a bike (using the mounting gear included) makes the audio so garbled and loud but you with a little tweaking in a video editing program you can mute that out and put music over it. They're having a great time using it in the pool, on the playground, on the scooter, in the bowling alley, and more. Easy for them to carry, plenty of accessories for them, super easy to use, so far pretty durable. Definitely recommend.

Kids friendly and takes good pictures and kids can even add their filters on pictures it has a waterproof case and they can always explore and have fun with it. I got this for my four year old nephew for his swimming lessons which he loves. It’s drop proof and durable. Great gift for kids

I bought this camera for my child. When we went on a field trip, it worked great. He was very happy with it and it is most definitely waterproof. He has it in the pool many times as well and we have had no issues with it leaking and damaging the camera. I highly recommend this product.

We got this for our son for his birthday and it was the best gift! It’s pretty high quality and such a great value for your money. It came with a memory card and has a long battery life. The photos are really clear and good quality!

My 5yo son LOVES this camera, it's easy to use, actually waterproof, perfect... And by day 2 the charging port had sunk into the casing and now the camera can't be charged. The camera is cheap so I expect there will be some quality inconsistencies. Hoping Amazon resolves and that you have better luck with the specific camera you receive!

Grandson loved it!! Going down a water slide with his cousin and in the pool the camera was well protected and took great pictures. It is very easy to use.

I received the product with a wet box, and when I turned it on, the screen doesn't work.
