I love this cutlery! I am very fussy and researched a while before purchasing...I was looking for a match to my previous much loved set which had lost various bits due to teenagers throwing them away from time to time (IYKNK). These are not a perfect match but they are dishwasher great, have nice hand feel and mouth feel (no sharp edges etc) and look really nice. I'm super happy after nearly a year.

I bought these after years searching for something like the old Argos Gourmet pride set. I have tried unsuccessfully to replace the old set which was lost over the years with a few other plastic handled sets, but most had the handles fill with water in the dishwasher or started falling apart very quickly. These seem quite robust and well made, are very comfortable to hold and can handle scooping ice cream with breaking or bending. The butter knives can cut through most foods. I am not so fussed by what size forks are, but my husband is and he has declared these just right. The spoons are just the right sizes. My husband prefers to eat with a table spoon, but many are a bit too big. The rest of us prefer a teaspoon, but many are so small you can barely get a drop of soup in them. We are a family of four, and it shouldn't be hard to find cutlery, but up until now we have a drawer jumbled sky high because no one could agree on which ones to keep. Finally we have a set that suits everyone. The drawer is cleared out, with excess cutlery now in another drawer, and we can finally have matching table wear for a nice dinner. I have had this set under two months. If anything changes I will update, but all of our previous plastic handled sets except the old gourmet pride had developed issues by this time. These have all been washed in the dishwasher many times. No signs of leaking, rust spots or any other issues. I am also pleased that these have 24 pieces, so you can serve guests if need be, but also because it always seems at least one item is missing if you have a 16 piece set and want to set the table for a nice meal. Delighted to have found these.

It was my wife who noticed this cutlery first. I just said, "if you like it get it". I am glad she did. This cutlery is very comfortable to hold, and it looks good as well. Worth all 5 stars
