Wanted to replace my 6” rain shower head with a larger or similar style and found this highly positive review on Amazon. My purchase was a Sparkpod 8” rain shower head in round and had high hopes based on the reviews. The shower head came the next day as promised. It came in a very nice quality box with a couple extra parts based on your water saving preferences, a small amount of plumbers tape and easy to read directions. Installation was a breeze. The only difficult part of this job was removing my old shower head. It’s recommended to install the new shower head with no tools but once I hand tightened it I did use a crescent wrench to go an additional 1/8 turn to make sure it was sealed. After installation I wanted to check to see if all those positive reviews were accurate and I was pleasantly surprised. I have good water pressure and it showed. The water came out in a very nice, well balanced and even stream with no leaks. My hope was that the water coverage would be wide enough to cover my whole body without having to move around, and it was. The width of the water spray was as wide as my tub without running down the walls. Perfect! It has a very nice quality to it and is easy to adjust the position of the shower head. After shutting off the water there was no drip drip drip from water still trapped in the head. I really love this shower head so far, and hope it lasts for a long time. For the quality, price and performance, I highly recommend the Sparkpod 8” round shower head and look forward to my showers every morning. Now go buy it!

Moved in to new apartment. Discovered the water pressure is low. Bought this shower head. Discovered there is ample water pressure. I’m amazed. Like other commentators, the showering experience feels luxurious. Easy to install. Will save this seller for future reference. I only bought the 6” round because I wasn’t expecting much. Now I want the ultra deluxe square. Great product.

Oh my goodness this is freaking awesome shower head. Super easy to install. I did use the tape that was provided so I could feel like a real plumber. I removed the 1.8 flow restrictor with a pair of tweezers that the shower head came with and installed the 2.5 that was included in the package which was very easy to do. Not quite the Seinfeld Kramer shower incident but hey great flow rate! I love this shower head. Thanks for a wonderful product. Quality, function, easy to clean…we are suppose to clean these??, water saving yes because you barely have to turn the water on but I don’t care sorry I just want an amazing 5 minutes of awesomeness which this provides!

When our shower head eventually gave up, we looked hard to find a proper replacement that could deal with the low water pressure in our area. Three shower heads later, one hugely expensive, we decided to roll the dice on this one, without much hope of it being a good as promised. But we figured it was affordable enough, so if it didn't work out, it wouldn't be a disaster. What a lovely surprise! When I unpacked it, I was skeptical, because it's not the huge head one would expect, but it packs a punch. I used the extra filter included in the box to help with the pressure - easy to pop in. From the time I parked the ladder, until the job was done, it took 5 minutes. No fuss. I bought the long extension with it. Unless the shower area is very small, it's probably a good idea to get one of the extension arms, just to get some distance between the wall and the spray. Highly recommended.
