For my girlfriend's diabetes, this is our go-to kind of help. For 100 insulin syringes, the price of this box is pretty good. The 29 gauge has an ultra thin needle, that's triple sharpened, which minimizes skin trauma and discomfort. My girlfriend hates the bruises left over from using her insulin. With a huge box, and the price being so good, we use one needle and we are done! Yes, I help her. She hates doing it herself, and I don't blame her. But I can tell you compared to other needles, these LEAVE MINIMAL MARKS! Looking like nothing at all. But there are many things you can do to help the process. You can use a scrub in the shower. One with beads in it, and really rub the area of where you insert the needle. That takes away the dirty, layer of skin. Afterwards you can use vitamin E, or any moisturizing body oil. Then mederma! For just adding three small steps into your daily routine, wherever you put the needle into your skin, you can completely wipe away scabs, scars, red marks, bruises. We understand. And that's the best advice I can give you. Five stars for this box! I'll reiterate myself, one and done! And then just buy another box because the price is pretty reasonable.

Couple of bad needles so far but ok otherwise.

These are my normal buy. I buy a box Scott every 6 weeks. They are always sharp, sterile, the packaging is in tact. Some of the other ones I’ve tried or gotten even these are out of stock are terrible! They are coming out of the individual wrapping, missing or bent needles, dull needles etc.. these are perfect every single box every single time

I’ve waited to write a review on these simply because I wanted to go through quite a few of them to get a good idea of quality. I will say that as far as safety, please do not try and recap the needle. Ensure that you have a sharp box for disposal. A couple of problems I have with the product is that trying to read that unit measurements is not something of an easy feat. I’ve got 20/20 vision and it’s not like there should really be a problem reading syringe. I don’t care for just how weak the gauge needle is, even though I do understand it is an extremely thin, it needs to be much more rigid. They are all considerably of the same quality, which is most certainly a plus. Something to truly keep in mind is that if you are using your own purchase syringes for the use of GLP medication, I would potentially use a different brand as the ability to consistently read them unit measurements are difficult.
