Wow - when they say extra hard they mean it. It gets off a ton of plaque though. So hard I only use once or twice a week to ensure it’s not hurting the enamel ( I use a regular brush in between). You can feel the difference. Also great to use as a small scrub brush. Each is individually boxed so perfect for travel

I've purchased the DR PERFECT Extra Hard & Firm Toothbrush four times now. They are the absolute best toothbrush I've ever used. They're excellent for removing tea and coffee stains, especially with whitening toothpaste. I find the size comfortable. The bristles are extra firm, and, if used gently, they don't damage or hurt my gums. It's also perfect for brushing my tongue. At $2.50 for each brush, it's top value for the money. If I had just one complaint, I wish they came in more attractive colors. Finally, as an added bonus, once I'm ready to replace my toothbrush, I spritz the old brush with disinfecting spray and add it to my bucket of cleaning supplies. They make excellent little scrubbing brushes!

Item is hard and works great, especially for cleaning tongue. After using this item at night, I wake up in the morning feeling very fresh.

Just what I was looking for. A extra long brush with stiff bristles. I wanted something to clean delicate bicycle parts. This works perfectly.

I can't ever imagine using another toothbrush again. These are awesome. You brush twice as much in the same amount of time. The extra hard and firm might almost be too hard for your gums so be careful. But not too hard to exfoliate your itchy feet! Just don't use the same one you put in your mouth. That would be really gross. These are really great! Even as tools to brush and clean some metals.

My mistake. Extra Hard and Firm was too hard and firm for me to use as a toothbrush. I'm back to medium hardness.

Tandvlees moet even wennen en kan in het begin wat geïrriteerd raken! Door geduld went het tandvlees eraan. Tevens word hierdoor het tandvlees gemasseerd en stimuleert de doorbloeding van het tandvlees en verwijderd tandsteen en aanslag goed👍

it says to brush "LIGHTLY" BRUSH LIGHT, NOT BRUSH HARD!!!!!! why cant people understand basic language is beyond me, yes this is a hard tooth brush, thats what i want! stop moaning its too hard man! get a grip! you want a hard tooth brush for stubborn stains? This is the toothbrush you want, brush lightly, its a very rough brush, i love them! Thank you for making them!

Great brushes. Very firm bristles and good design, but don't use them on your teeth. They are hard enough to strip enamel from your teeth, which you don't want. I use them to scrub my tongue.
