If you are an American lamenting the lack of good creamy not sour cottage cheese, This is the product for you! it is so good all i add is a smidge of salt and a bit of cracked pepper. its lovely.

This cottage cheese is the ONLY cottage cheese I’ve come across that’s as nice as Longley and that’s been a staple in my diet since I was a kid. I’ve tried a hundred other brands and 9 times out of 10 it’s inedible swill. So I got it in a pinch - another skeptical experiment - and was in absolute bliss… and I haven’t been able to get it since. Why is life like this?! I’ve started scouring the internet for other places to buy it and may have to resort to actually going to a supermarket IN PERSON and interacting with people. Uuuurrgg. If you see it available, grab it (or don’t, so I can get more.) It’s delicious.

This product tastes the closest to American cottage cheese I've found in my 13 years living in the UK. It's very creamy and neutral in flavour. It doesn't have that unexpected tang of sour cream that I find in every British cottage cheese brand I've tried. It's a little wetter than American cottage cheese, and for recipes, you might need to strain some of the cream off. But it's delicious, eaten exactly as it is!
