No Docs, incorrect MS license code
Be forewarned, NO documentation is included and tech support is a black hole.For starters, I wasted 4 hours on fruitless "tech support" before I discovered on my own that the Windows activation code on the case label ("Windows 7 Pro for Refurbished PCs") is NOT the registration code of the copy of Windows actually pre-loaded on PC:, which is the registration code displayed in Computer -> Properties.So yes, the price is great.But the frustration level can be far, far greater.

This is small but really heavy. The VGA monitor port was very loose and i returned it. It performed well but is noisy. It has numerous USB ports in the back but its really crowded. I'd go new with this product

Small footprint and it includes Windows 7 Pro which allows to add it to a windows network. I bought it for an excellent price (refurb) and so far I've been very happy with it.

Don't Bother. DOA out of the box.
Loose power connector to the back of the computer. Computer loses power connector is bumped. Fail. Needed the computer to work for a special project to rebuild a RAID array. Total waste waste of time. It had a small dent in the case which is never good to see in any computer. Perhaps rough handling. :(

this purchase was not a great deal.
The external power supply lasted about 20 minutes. The keyboard is so worn that three keys will not function. Whenyou add in the cost for a new power supply and keyboard, this purchase was not a great deal.
