Relational Mechanics and Implementation of Mach's Principle with Weber’s Gravitational Force

A truly original master work, a fitting memorial ro Wilhelm Weber, the famous predecessor to Maxwell in electrodynamics, written by a lineal descendant of Weber. The author has chosen the word "relational" instead of "relative" in order to assert a distinction from the work of Einstein. One of the themes that effectuate the distinction is the Machian idea that the distant matter of the universe plays a central role in inertia. This seems a much more plausible approach than modern attribution of mass to bosons, etc.
