Very good quality amla. It has numerous health benefits, especially heart health and its a great addition to my supplements.

I tried the amla powder mixed with water, but it's acidic and might erode my teeth. This is a nice way to get the benefits without the teeth drawback.

My spouse and I both take this. Our cholesterol levels have never been better. Be patient, it takes a while. I know everyone is different, and diet will make a difference in results, but in our sample of two people, this is amazing.
