This product holds short styles right in place! It’s a bit costly but worth it!

It's holds my hair better than American Crew Fiber, and it costs less. It's a little hard to work with, but the Savage hold is supposed to be easier to work with and has the same hold. I'll try that next. Overall, this is a great product. It holds my hair better than anything except really strong gel, but gel leaves my hair crunchy. I've never written a review for anything on here, but I like this product enough to write one. Definitely try this if you're looking for a super strong hold without the helmet hair effect of gel.

I have very straight hair that is difficult to style. I've tried many gels and pomades, but nothing was strong enough. The product that was closes to working was Schwarzkopf Got2B Glue, but that was too shiny and pulled my hair out. This is the perfect product for anyone who has hair that is difficult to style due to its hold and minimal shine. Highly recommend.

Its thick...very thick...and it is doing exactly what I needed. If you need product that keeps your hair in the same place, does not have a shine, this is good . And you dont need a lot to do the job. Its thick like bee wax until you rub it in your hands then its sticky.

This is just okay. I have a pompadour, and this is a fair product to put in after blow drying. However, you don't want to totally cover all of your hair with it because it feels like a cross between glue and very thick mud. Just barely putting it over your hair after styling is okay...but just for awhile. Don't expect it to hold in place for more than 2 or 3 hrs.

I'm half-Asian, and I have extremely thick, strong, coarse black hair that wants to stick up no matter what you do with it. With this product, I can style my short hair after a quick blow dry, and it holds all day long. If your hair isn't super short, though, you may want to go with some of the moveable rubber products.

This is a tiny tin. Half the size of a regular tin at three quarters the price. Don’t get fooled.

It does not have a high shine just wish it was easier to apply however works well.

Nachdem ich meinen Friseur und auch die Frisur gewechselt hatte, habe ich das erste Mal Hard MUK verwendet. Vorher hatte ich herkömmliche Produkte aus dem Drogeriemarkt, aber im Laufe des Tages ließ der Halt deutlich nach und die Frisur war "unförmig". Mit Hard MUK ist das ganz anders, und dabei benötige ich deutlich weniger als von den herkömmlichen, bekannten Produkten. Die 50g Dose habe ich im Februar gekauft und jetzt langsam kann ich den Blechboden sehen. 2 Wochen komme ich damit aber locker noch aus. Für mich funktioniert es am Besten, wenn das Haar trocken ist, aber das ist sicher von Haar zu Haar unterschiedlich. Mit Hard MUK kann ich das Haar in die Form bringen, die ich möchte, ohne es zu verkleben oder eine Betonfrisur zu zimmern. Die Haare sind immer noch flexibel und korrigierbar. Probleme mit der Kopfhaut, mit Schuppen oder sonstigem habe ich nicht, ich bin restlos zufrieden.

As a bloke with very fine hair it was always difficult to find something that would allow something that would allow a lot of control without either making hair look greasy or weighing it down making it clumpy. Having now developed thinning hair as well the clumping or greasiness becomes even more of a problem. I've bounced around an awful lot of products, American Crew (fibre, pomade, clay) which were ok ish when my hair was a little thicker, but moving to clays seemed to work better for me due to the matte finish. I've tried a lot of the clays and putties available on the high street, as well as those from bumble and bumble, as well as a couple of others I couldn't recall. Prior to this, the one that came closets was Kevin Murphy Gritty business which, as far as I'm aware, is definitely not meant to be for fine hair, but using a very small amount worked well. However, it's an absolute pain to wash out of your hair. Muk Hard styling mud on the other hand is a really strong firm hold, with zero shine, that holds well and can be restyled. The smell is pleasant enough (though not as nice as the honey of the Gritty Business), and crucially it seems to wash out very easily. I'd finish by saying I've used this on short hair, and wouldn't be too sure how this product (or any very hard clay) would work on longer hair. If you want a dry finish for longer fine / thin hair try Membrane Gas from Fudge.

Is it really necessary for hair pomade to be made in China. And the parts written in french on the container have a spelling mistake in every other word like they could not even copy the instant translation properly. It sure feels like something I won’t risk putting in my hair.

Das beste Haarstyling Gel, dass ich je benutzt habe. Man muss es aber bei getrockneten Haaren anwenden. Ich föhne immer meine Haare nach dem Duschen und dann bisschen Muk drauf und es sitzt perfekt. Ich benutze es seit Jahren.
