I've been watching a lot of British tv shows and love a soft boiled egg so I decided to buy this set so I could start making my own soft boiled eggs in an egg cup. I was a little confused by the cracker. You pull it like a pinball machine and the pressure makes a perfect crack around the top. Just peel off and there you have it. A Beautiful soft boiled egg in a cup. I feel like Julia Roberts in "Run Away Bride". I finally know my favorite egg style.

Porcelain egg cups, so simple and easy to clean and use. However, they break easily if you are not careful. It is worthwhile to me because I like their simple classic design. Amazon delivery service has improved (gotten faster) during the last few years--very nice. Also, they remind me of past purchases. I couldn't find 5 volt batteries locally: the locals have new lanterns which use multiple AA batteries. Amazon showed me EIGHT brands of 5 volt batteries, and I didn't have to drive out to find them.

These are perfect little holders for some collectible Easter eggs that once belonged to my Nana. I used them in a tiered tray and they were darling. They're the perfect size and the white color goes with anything. Don't hesitate to purchase!
